We seem to be building an ever greater amount of electric tricycles lately. They are popular with the following: People with poor balance, can’t ride a bicycle, dicky hip, fishermen and comfort seekers. They are great for the elderly when driving becomes too difficult and a mobility scooter just isn’t cool.
We have two basic types. 1) We build a Gomier tricycle and put one of our conversion kits on it. Generally costs $2650 all up. 2) The top end of the Overdrive models. A Bafang mid-drive fat-wheel trike for $4500. You can see a couple pictures of these below.
